CMM Forum

The CMM Forum LLC is a company dedicated to fixing the disconnect between marketing and sales with practical processes, tools, and templates. It was founded by Tim Riesterer and Diane Emo, the authors of Customer Message Management: Increasing Marketing’s Impact on Selling (Thomson South-Western 2006).

By working closely with the American Marketing Association and the CMM Group, and sales and marketing effectiveness thought leaders, the CMM Forum:
  • Develops the ideas that foster CMM as a practical organizational discipline
  • Trains organizations and individuals to implement CMM, and
  • Consults with companies who are working to bridge the gap between sales and marketing.

There are 3 ways to get involved with the CMM community:

1. CMM Forum Community online portal
2. AMA Marketing & Sales Alignment portal
3. CMM Blog
